Inside and outside, the Cultural Centre of the Philippines is alive. This monument to culture and the arts is,  surprisingly, also popular as a park, a playground, an exercise area, and a rendezvous.

A scene from the two-act play We Choose to Go to the Moon (2016, director: Fitz Bitana, playwright: Vlademeir Gonzales) depicts the inconvenience of urban transportation. It is about the cultural cosmopolitanism of the inhabitants ushered in by the digital age.
